Return Policy

Legend of ASIA is a wholesale to the trade only business. All sales are final. No return is accepted without advanced approval. Your order can be canceled with full refund if it has not left our warehouse. We put your satisfaction at first, in some cases, return will be approved with 25% restocking fee. Freight charge is not refundable under any circumstances. Buyer is responsible to the return shipping cost. Please do not send the item back without written authorization. Made to order or custom merchandise (lamps, coral, etc.)  can not be returned.

Damages & Claims 

If you received a wrong or defective item, exchange or refund will be issued at no cost to you. Please beware, that all items are hand made, minor variation in shape, color, size, glaze etc. is part of the characters and it is not considered manufacturing defect. Legend of ASIA is not responsible for freight damages. All items are well inspected by our staff. If visible damage is noticed, please note it on the Bill of Lading. Freight insurance and claim is between the carrier and consignee. However, we will be assistance if such incident unfortunately occurs. Carrier is not responsible for package loss if ship to residential address and signature is not required. 
Damage On Arrival must be reported to us via Email or online form within 7 days of delivery, a brief description and photos with original box are needed. If you received a product and don't like it, it is not a defect. You may ship it back at your cost for the refund of the merchandise less restocking fee, please obtain a return authorization from us.
