Return Policy
Legend Accents Collection is a wholesale to the trade only business. All sales are final. No return is accepted without advanced approval. Your order can be canceled with full refund if it has not left our warehouse. We put your satisfaction at first, in select cases, a return will be approved subject to a 25% restocking fee, provided the item is still in its original packaging. Freight charge is not refundable under any circumstances. Buyer is responsible to the return shipping cost. Please do not send the item back without written authorization. Made to order or custom merchandise (lamps, coral, etc.) cannot be returned.
Damages & Claims
If you received a wrong or defective item, exchange or refund will be issued at no cost to you. Please be aware, that all items are handmade, thus minor variations in shape, color, size, glaze etc. is part of the characters and it is not considered manufacturing defect. All items are well inspected for first quality before it leaves our warehouse.
It is CRITICAL that the following receiving procedures are followed otherwise, your claim WILL be denied. If you are using a receiving warehouse, please communicate to them as the receiving warehouse is an extension of your operations and thus subject to these procedures as well.
RECEIVING PROCEDURES:
1. Inspect and confirm total number of boxes due are included in delivery. Open and inspect contents. Take photos of any damaged product immediately.
2. For LTL shipments, refuse all obviously damaged boxes. Note details on receipt & proof of delivery.
3. For LTL shipments Sign “Subject to Inspection” should driver not wait for proper inspection. Note all damages to cartons, pallets, and packing materials on BOL/Proof of Delivery.
4. Submit damage claims via email to sales@legendaccents.com with photos and description within 7 days of product receipt.
