Shipping Basics
Small Parcel Service is for most small orders that meet parcel size restrictions. Overnight and expedited shipping are available at higher rates upon request. Our preferred carrier is FedEx. Default service level is Ground / Home Delivery Signature Not Required.
*Carrier is not responsible for package loss to Home Delivery without Signature. Only Overnight service has money back guarantee, carrier or Legend of ASIA are not responsible for service delay. Shipment protection (1.5%) is mandatory for orders with lamps or oversize items
Less Than Truckload (LTL) is for palletized goods or items with size and weight that exceed parcel carrier limits. We will choose the best carrier for you. Additional charges such as reconsign, redelivery will be buyer's responsibility.
*Delivery Guaranteed LTL service is available with additional cost.
Refused shipment will incur 25% restocking fee plus two way shipping charges billed to buyer.
Ship To Receiver
If your order is shipped to a receiver, please make sure your receiver inspects the merchandise carefully upon delivery. Any damage or shortage needs to be reported within 7 days of delivery. We are not accepting any claim after your receiver reships the merchandise to your final destination.
Shipping Estimate
For small orders or orders with lamps, our website shipping estimate is mostly higher than actual cost. When you check out online, your card will be only authorized. We will revise the shipping cost to the actual amount from carrier when we finalize the order. If your order meets the requirement of Freight Cap Program below, we will revise the freight cost to Freight Cap Amount or actual shipping cost if it is less than the Freight Cap.

Online shipping estimate is higher than actual. You may ignore the higher estimate, if your order total amount meets the chart below, it will be revised to the freight cap when we process your order.

LTL freight minimum charge is $285 for commercial location with loading dock.
If you do not have a loading dock, a $60 liftgate surcharge applies.
LTL residential destination incurs $120 surcharge curbside delivery.
AK, HI, PR are not eligible for freight cap program.
White glove service may be available at additional cost upon request.
Order Processing Time
Most orders are processed in the order they were received. Market orders can take 4-6 weeks to process. Dropship orders are shipped in 2 business days if item is instock. Lamps are made to order, it can take 2-4 weeks to be completed.
Please communicate in advance if you have a deadline for your order. The following services are available for additional fee:
Rush Fee: $50. For orders guaranteed to be shipped in 3 business days.
Hot Rush Fee: $75. For orders guaranteed to be shipped out on same or next business day.
Below Order Minimum: 10% of order total (For Stocking Dealer only).
